GLUOON internal studio ecosystem Home

Terms of Service

Effective from 16 September 2026. Applies to all systems on the gluoon.com domain and its subdomains.

1. What this service is

Gluoon is a set of internal systems of the video studio IBIS inhouse production: Project, Analytics, Booking, Archive, Status, Career, Account, Copilot. They are used to plan shoots, run projects and tasks, book equipment and publish finished videos. This is a work tool of the studio, not a public service: there is no open sign-up, access is granted by an administrator.

2. Who may use it

An account is personal. Do not share your sign-in or your personal cabinet link with anyone else: all actions in the systems are logged and tied to your account.

3. Signing in with Google

Sign-in uses a Google account. We receive only the basic profile — name, email and photo — and never see your password. You can revoke this permission at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. What exactly is stored is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Connecting YouTube channels

A channel owner may connect their channel to Gluoon Copilot so that the studio can upload edited videos to it. By connecting a channel you confirm that you are entitled to do so and you accept the YouTube Terms of Service.

Copilot requests exactly two permissions: youtube.upload to upload a video and youtube.readonly to read the channel name and id. Every uploaded video is set to Private; the channel manager publishes it manually. The system does not read comments, statistics or subscriber lists and does not change channel settings.

You can disconnect a channel at any time: the Disconnect button in Copilot, or the Google security page. The stored token stops working immediately afterwards.

5. Publication calendar

If you connect a Google Calendar, the systems create and update events there for planned publications and shoots. We do not read your personal events outside that calendar and do not share them with anyone.

6. Acceptable use

7. Content and data ownership

Material created within work projects belongs to the studio or the client according to the relevant contracts. Your channel, your videos and your Google account remain yours — the systems only perform the actions you have authorised.

8. Availability

This is an internal tool: planned updates and short interruptions are possible. We try to announce them in advance, but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The studio is not liable for indirect damages caused by unavailability of the service.

9. Termination of access

An administrator may close access when the cooperation ends or if these terms are breached. You may ask at any time to delete your account and revoke all granted permissions.

10. Contacts and changes

Administrator of the Gluoon ecosystem: [email protected]. A new version of these terms is published on this page with its effective date. Ukrainian law applies.
